As President, Sean has the
power to make decisions necessary for the day-to-day
management of Association business in between meetings of
the Board of Directors.
Other duties of the President:
- Oversight of the work plans
developed by the NHWPCA committees and evaluation of
their effectiveness
- Serves as Chair of the Board
of Directors, and is
therefore responsible for
setting and mailing the agendas for the Board of
Directors meetings and providing a current annual
calendar.

During his presidency, Sean
encourages and hopes to see wastewater professionals who may
or may not be members to join and get involved to further
the strides that this Association has made over the 40+
years of its existence so that the following goals can be
met:

Inform and educate
the membership
- Carry
forth a positive message about our industry to the
general public that we serve and to the legislature that
enacts policies effecting our efforts

Encourage the
advancement of the status of personnel who are active in
this market

Improve the
collection and treatment of wastewater and thereby the
overall quality of New Hampshire’s water resources
Sean is the Chief Operator for the Newmarket Wastewater Treatment
Facility. He has been the captain of the NH Operator's Challenge
team for several years. A big thank you to Sean for his donation of
time and talents to the association.
Sean is also the
Board's liaison for the Scholarship Committee.
