Legislative/Biosolids Committee

The purpose of the Legislative Committee is to keep track of bills pending before the State of NH's House and Senate that could potentially have an affect of the operations of wastewater treatment facilities.  The committee is currently tracking HB 627 that may impact the Local Limits Allocations at the treatment plants with Headworks Loading Limits

The Biosolids effort is headed up by is Steve Clifton (Treasurer of the Association).  The Association continues to support NEBRAs efforts on the biosolids front and Steve keeps current on the ever changing 503 Federal Sludge Regulations.
