The Second Director-at-large for 2008 is David Lovely
 

The Director at Large position was established to bring new members into the Board of Directors that want to serve for a two year period. The Director at Large assists the other Directors in planning and scheduling events.

The duties of the Second Director at Large include the following:

• Assist in Operator Challenge Committee work
• May serve in any function or capacity at the behest of the President

In addition to the above, David will be reporting as liaison to the Legislative and Regulatory Affairs Committee.

David works at the City of Rochester Wastewater Treatment  Plant as an Operator. He holds licenses in Wastewater, Water, Collection Systems, Distributions, Laboratory and Maintenance. He has participated as a team member and supports the Operations Challenge Team.

David enjoys hiking and coaching basketball.
