The Second Director-at-large for 2012 is Tim Vadney

The Director at Large position was established to bring new members into the Board of Directors that want to serve for a two year period. The Director at Large assists the other Directors in planning and scheduling events.

The duties of the Second Director at Large include the following:

• Assist in Operator Challenge Committee work
• May serve in any function or capacity at the behest of the President!!!

In addition to the above, he will be reporting as liaison to the Legislative and Regulatory Affairs Committee.
