The NHWPCA consists of individuals, like yourself, who are either wastewater professionals, engineers, vendor representatives and support staff.
We have collectively come together with different ideas that lead to one goal of mind –A Cleaner Environment. Take time to get to know the members of this extended family known as the New Hampshire Water Pollution Control Association. The staff of the NHWPCA are individual members who hold membership within this organization. The staff ranges from the elected officers, various representatives, committee members and support staff. The Officers of the NHWPCA are elected each December and serve in their capacity for a term of one year. The President and Vice President may only serve one-year terms. The Secretary and Treasurer may serve concurrent terms as long as they are elected by the general membership. Usually these higher ranking officials have participated in the organization for three years or more. The Directors, who are typically less tenured than the above named officials, are a five-member board. Three of these directors, First Director, Second Director and Third Director will progressively move up through the offices to President. The First Director-At-Large and the Second Director-At-Large do not move up and serve only a two year term. These two At-Large Directors have the option of moving into one of the three director positions that move up in office at a later date. Board of Director’s Meetings are held monthly in the Concord area. If you are interested in attending as an observer, or have an item you would like put on the agenda, please contact the President.
