The First Director-at-large for 2012 is Joseph Laliberte
The Director at Large position was
established to bring new members into the Board of Directors that
want to serve for a two year period. The Director at Large assists
the other Directors in planning and scheduling events.
Joe is a Senior Project Manager and Staff
Supervisor for CDM in the Manchester, NH Office. He is a
licensed Professional Engineer in New Hampshire with a B.S.
degree in Civil Engineering from Merrimack College and a M.S.
degree in environmental engineering from Northeastern
University. He has environmental engineering experience
providing management during all phases of a program for water,
sewer, drainage, combined sewer overflow (CSO), and sanitary
sewer overflow (SSO) projects, as well as sewer system
evaluation studies (SSES) and trenchless rehabilitation.
Joe looks forward to assisting NHWPCA's continued
growth and support of its operators, vendors, regulators, and
consultants.
